- Complete Credit Application
- Broker will enter all information into the computer and pull your
credit.
- Broker will research loan programs and try to get an approval. We
will also look at rates and go over everything with you.
- Broker will lock your loan.
- You will sign documents needed and bring in items requested for us to
send package to the lender.
- We will order appraisal, title work, and survey.
- Your loan will be sent to the lender for underwriting.
- We will call you after the underwriter contacts us with any other items
that is needed.
- After your loan is cleared for closing the broker will coordinate
closing with you and the title company.
- You will sign final documents at closing at the title company.
